Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Sales Promoter / Field Marketing Executive

Location: Chhattisgarh || Punjab || Odisha

Eligibility:


• Education: ITI (Plumbing / Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Fitter / Pipe Fitting or related trades)


• Experience: Freshers or up to 3 years of experience in field marketing, product demonstration or dealer engagement.


• Language: Local language fluency (Hindi/Punjabi/Odia) + basic spoken English preferred.

Key Responsibilities:


• Dealer & Plumber Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, plumbers, and contractors. Conduct product demos, explain features and installation benefits of Sintex tanks & pipes.


• Market Development: Identify new markets, generate leads, and support demand generation activities. Participate in on-ground campaigns, exhibitions, and plumber meets.


• Sales Support: Assist Sales Officers in order booking, product placement, and inventory updates. Share customer feedback for product and market insights.


• Reporting: Maintain daily visit reports and update field activities in CRM/Excel. Skills Required:


• Good technical understanding of plumbing/piping systems.
• Confidence in explaining product benefits to customers and influencers


• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Smartphone apps.
