Office Boy

Job Summary:

The Office Boy / Delivery Assistant will be responsible for supporting general office administration, maintaining cleanliness and order in the office, and assisting in delivery and collection of company products and documents as required. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude in handling day-to-day operational tasks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Office Administration & Support:

• Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of office premises, pantry, and meeting areas.

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks.

• Support office staff in daily administrative requirements.

• Handle minor errands within the office such as collecting signatures, documents, or bills.

• Delivery & Outdoor Duties:

• Deliver and collect company products, documents, and materials to/from clients, suppliers, or other offices.

• Ensure timely and safe transportation of products.

• Maintain records of deliveries and receipts properly.

• Take responsibility for proper handling and care of items during transit.

• Minimum Qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary)

• Must possess a two wheeler and Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

• Basic knowledge of local routes and locations.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Punctual, honest, and trustworthy with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
