We are seeking a Product Manager with a strong software development background and experience in the FinTech domain. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business, technology, and customers by owning the product lifecycle end-to-end. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to build innovative financial products leveraging AI and modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and drive the product roadmap for FinTech solutions (payments, lending, trading, wealth management, etc.).
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and product features.
- Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog and sprint planning.
- Work with cross-functional teams – developers, designers, data scientists, and QA – to deliver high-quality products.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback sessions to enhance product features.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, security standards, and data privacy norms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of product vision with business objectives.
- Leverage AI/ML and automation to enhance product features such as fraud detection, personalization, and risk assessment.
- Monitor KPIs and product performance, and iterate based on user adoption and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–6 years of experience as a Product Manager in the FinTech industry.
- Strong software development background (hands-on experience with Python, APIs, Databases, or related technologies is a plus).
- Knowledge of financial products (payments, lending, trading platforms, digital wallets, investment tools, etc.).
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in finance (fraud detection, recommendation systems, RAG/chatbots for finance).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, client communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to create detailed PRDs, wireframes, and workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
