About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting management with key financial insights to drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling to support business planning and investment decisions.
  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for management review.
  • Evaluate project feasibility, ROI, and risk through data-driven assessments.
  • Monitor financial performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost optimization, and capital allocation processes.
  • Support due diligence and valuation for potential partnerships or acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • CFA Charter holder (preferably Level II or III cleared).
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Fresher or proven experience (2–5 years) in financial analysis, investment research, or corporate finance.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling tools.
  • Working knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
  • Knowledge of ERP or accounting software (SAP/Tally/Zoho).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.

Compensation

  • As per industry standards and candidate experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
