  • Job Location - MAHAGAON ,Ratwad Kolad.
  • Fix Salary - 6 to 10 Lakh.
  • Experience - 10 Years+
  • Note = accommodation is provided BY the company.

Job description

  • Site Planning as per site conditions and handling on order to site in charge.
  • Co-ordination with service department and site supervisor to execute project smoothly.
  • Project planning and hand in hand co-ordination of all civil work and other parallel activities.
  • Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly report on work progress and evaluating as per the planned schedule.
  • Preparation of running bills in co-ordination with consumption of material reconciliation and projected payment flow chart.
  • Preparation and checking of bills of the contractors, list of material supply and labour supply.
  • Preparation of site layout, drawing from consultant and get approval of the drawings from the clients.
  • Testing & commissioning of plant.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Provide status reports to management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Manage project risks and issues and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
  • Ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly defined, documented, and

communicated to all stakeholders.

  • Track and manage project expenditures to ensure projects are within budget and financial goals are met.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure all projects follow standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines.

REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management for infrastructure projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
