Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop robust backend systems using and , ensuring scalability and performance.

  • Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure smooth integration and seamless user experiences.

  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and maintain DevOps workflows.
  • Knowledge of cloud deployments using AWS technologies, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating a "startup mindset" and the ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • A minimum of 1+ year of hands-on experience in backend development experience, with expertise in and
  • Strong database design skills, including proficiency in MongoDB/ PostgreSQL /MySQL / Redis, etc.,
  • Proficiency in system design and architecture, with a focus on scalability and security.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment, including Git, Jira, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes etc.
  • Knowledge of AWS technologies for cloud deployments, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
  • Ability to lead projects, guide junior developers, and foster a startup mindset.
  • Previous startup experience is an asset.
