We are seeking an organized and detail -oriented Admin and Accounts Associate to support our administrative and accounting teams. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance, manage accounting tasks, and ensure seamless day -to -day operations. *Key Responsibilities:* *Administrative Tasks:* 1. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 2. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases. 3. Provide administrative support to teams. *Accounting Tasks:* 1. Manage accounts payable and receivable. 2. Process invoices, payments, and expenses. 3. Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets. 4. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. 5. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. *Other Responsibilities:* 1. Maintain office supplies and inventory. 2. Coordinate events, training, and workshops. 3. Develop and implement administrative processes. 4. Provide backup support for other departments. 5. Participate in special projects. Requirements *Requirements:* *Education:* - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. *Experience:* years of administrative and accounting experience. *Skills:* 1. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. 2. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). 3. Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero). 4.
