Job Description:

We are looking for a Front-End Developer with deep Adobe Experience Cloud expertise to help drive our digital marketing, analytics, and personalization initiatives. This role blends hands-on coding with MarTech implementation, ensuring seamless data tracking, personalized user experiences, and optimized marketing performance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in front-end development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and experienced in implementing Adobe Analytics (including AEP Web SDK), Adobe Launch, Marketo, and Adobe Target, AEM experience is a strong plus.

This is a unique opportunity to bridge development and marketing technology-you should be comfortable with coding and editing new site features while ensuring they are fully optimized for analytics and personalization.

Key Responsibilities

Adobe Experience Cloud


• Lead the migration from legacy Adobe Analytics implementations to the AEP Web SDK

Ensure accurate data collection, validation, and reporting across web platforms Configure, deploy, and maintain tags, rules and data elements using Adobe Launch Ensure clean and scalable tag governance practices within Adobe Launch Support integration between Marketo and other Adobe Experience Cloud products


• Build and deploy A/B, multivariate tests and personalized experiences in Adobe Target

Front-End Development


• Develop, maintain, and optimize website features using JavaScript, HTML and CSS

Ensure clean, scalable, and accessible front-end code


• Implement structured data layers and event tracking directly in code

Qualifications & Experience

Required


• 3-5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React)


• Proven experience with:

Adobe Analytics (implementation & reporting, including AEP Web SDK)

Adobe Launch (tagging, data layer setup)

Adobe Target (test & personalization setup)

Marketo (tracking & integration)


•Strong understanding of data layers, tag management and debugging tools
