Role Objective

To oversee and drive the entire finance, accounting, and compliance function, ensuring financial discipline, statutory adherence, timely reporting, and strategic financial guidance for business growth and stability. The role requires a multi-tasking individual capable of handling end-to-end finance operations, banking, statutory compliances, audit coordination, and management reporting with precision and ownership.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

. Financial Planning, Analysis & Control

· Prepare and finalize monthly Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement by the 5th of every month.

· Develop annual and monthly budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems with variance analysis.

· Analyze product costing, margins, and overheads to support pricing and profitability decisions.

· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements on a weekly basis.

· Provide financial insights for management decisions and cost optimization.

· Ensure financial data accuracy and maintain transparent reporting to management.

. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance (All Govt. Departments)

. Ensure 100% compliance and timely filing across all statutory departments:
