Role Description

We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Exhibition Stall Designer to join our design team. You'll play a key role in conceptualizing and designing exhibition stalls for a wide variety of industries and events. From raw and shell space transformation to custom builds and modular displays, your designs will be brought to life at some of the most prominent expos across India & international.

**Key Responsibilities


• Design 3D exhibition Booth for clients participating in Trade Shows and Exhibitions


• Create custom booth layouts for raw and shell

spaces, ensuring functional and aesthetic appeal
• Collaborate closely with the production and sales teams to ensure accuracy in execution

Translate client requirements into engaging visual concepts and presentations


• Suggest design improvements based on client feedback and event objectives

Provide input on furniture, rental equipment, graphics, and lighting for stalls

Support stall production and final venue planning for conferences and exhibitions


• Work under tight deadlines and ensure timely delivery of design files

Qualifications & Skills


• Strong experience in 3D Design and Exhibit/ Booth Design


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and Adobe Creative Suite


• Basic understanding of exhibition and spatial design principles


• Creative eye with strong attention to detail and material aesthetics

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and floor plans


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines


• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, or related field


• Prior experience in exhibition, event, or spatial design is a strong plus
