Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host live and pre-recorded shows, interviews, webinars, podcasts, or special events.
  • Research topics thoroughly and prepare scripts, talking points, and questions.
  • Conduct interviews with guests, experts, and stakeholders in an engaging and professional manner.
  • Collaborate closely with producers, writers, and the technical team to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintain strong editorial judgment and adhere to brand guidelines and ethics.
  • Stay updated on current trends, industry news, and audience preferences.
  • Represent the organization at public appearances, media events, and promotional activities if required.
  • Participate actively in content development, brainstorming, and promotional strategy sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven anchoring/hosting experience on television, digital media, or major live events.
  • Strong on-camera communication, voice modulation, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to think quickly during live broadcasts and manage unexpected situations professionally.
  • Fluent in [Language(s) Required e.g., English, Hindi, or regional languages as applicable].
  • Confident, energetic, and poised with an engaging and relatable personality
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, based on project need
  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Performing Arts, or a related field preferred.
