- Follow the SOP's & Maintain cleaning and Hygiene in the block
- Take machine wise plan from PPIC department
- Update Job status on plan after completion of Job (Done)
- Take dispatch plan(running meter plan) from PPIC department
- Share machine wise performance report daily at day closing
- To update machine wise register after job completion on machine
- Issue Paper, OD, FD, bakelite from store and place at assigned location
- To Ensure running machine with initial plan
- Take approval from QC for each job
- Return used dies and remaining raw material to store
- Take follow ups from maintenance department for machines under maintenance
- Ensure completion of material before hand over to packing section
- Ensure to complete short quantity within a day
- To work on downtime of Jobs
- To ensure manpower planning(Daily & weekly) on each machine
- Check machine register of each machine
- Report to PPIC/ directors for machine and product related problems
- Make CAPA of problems
- Give first approval on leaves of employee
- Provide status of running jobs to PPIC
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
