We're Hiring | Senior Accounts Manager / Executive

Location: Vasai

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager / Accounts Executive in our organisation – To manage and work with accounts team, and ensure accurate Day to Day accounting , financial reporting, statutory compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of accounting, taxation, and ERP systems and Manufacturing background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily accounting activities, including entries, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and cash/bank management.

  • Ensure 100% compliance with GST, TDS, PF/ESIC, and all other statutory requirements.

  • Manage monthly/quarterly/annual financial closure, MIS reports, and financial statements.

  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring proper documentation and timely completion of audits.

  • Review vendor and customer reconciliations, and monitor outstanding recovery.

  • Implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls.

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations across the organization.

Requirements:

  • B.Com / M.Com preferred.

  • Min 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

  • Strong experience in Tally / ERP systems and advanced MS Excel skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.

  • Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
