Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Commerce subjects (primarily Accountancy and Business Studies, and optionally Economics) to students of Classes 11 and 12.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with CBSE curriculum.
• Prepare students for board examinations with rigorous practice and feedback.
• Use modern teaching methods including ICT tools, smart boards, and digital content.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and exams.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
• Encourage student participation in academic and co-curricular activities.
• Coordinate with parents and school administration regarding students' progress.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and school events.
• Maintain discipline and a conducive learning environment in the classroom.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Post Graduate degree (M.Com or equivalent) in Commerce or related field.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory as per CBSE norms.
