Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Product Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and improvement of products, conducting market research, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and ensuring products meet the needs of the market. Daily tasks include managing product life cycles, coordinating with R&D, and analyzing market trends to inform product strategies.

Qualifications

  • Exp: Total 7-8+ with 4+ relevant as a product dev manager
  • Location: Bangalore-Hybrid
  • experience in software product development or software product management.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; VersionOne, TFS, Jira experience a plus
  • Cloud technology/architecture – Exposure to AWS, CI/CD pipelines DevOps
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and Product Management
  • Sales experience and ability to collaborate with marketing teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in the technology sector is a plus
