Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Recruiter based in Hyderabad. The Academic Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various academic positions. Tasks include coordinating with educational institutions, managing recruitment processes, conducting reference checks, and maintaining candidate databases. The role also involves developing recruitment strategies and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, and screening candidates
- Knowledge of academic sector and understanding of educational roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- Experience in conducting reference checks and managing candidate databases
- Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies
