Vacancies: Academic Teachers & Physical Instructor / Fitness Trainer

Positions Available

• Academic Teacher (for all subjects: Mathematics, English, Marathi, GK/General Knowledge, Reasoning, etc.)
• Physical Instructor / Fitness & Drill Trainer (for Police / Army / other competitive exam aspirants' physical training)

Job Purpose

• To provide academic and physical coaching to candidates preparing for police, army, and other competitive/service-entry examinations.
• To prepare lesson plans, study material, mocks and revision schedule (academic), and design & conduct regular physical training, drills, endurance & fitness training.
• To guide, mentor, and train aspirants holistically — academic knowledge + physical fitness + discipline — to meet exam standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience

For Academic Teacher:

• Graduation (or Post-Graduation) in relevant subject(s).
• A professional teaching qualification — B.Ed. or equivalent — desirable (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in teaching/coaching (school, college or competitive-exam coaching institute).
• Proficiency in languages used for instruction (Marathi, Hindi, English) — for local context.
• Understanding of competitive-exam syllabus and pattern; ability to prepare mocks, notes, and exam-oriented teaching material.

For Physical Instructor / Fitness Trainer:

• Degree in Physical Education (e.g. B.P.Ed or equivalent) or relevant certification / qualification in sports/physical training.
• Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in fitness training, drill training, or coaching — preferably with prior exposure to defence/police aspirants training, athletics, or sports coaching.
• Excellent personal fitness, stamina, endurance — and capability to conduct running, endurance drills, strength & conditioning, agility, flexibility, mock physical tests (run, push-ups, long jump etc.).
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings or according to training schedule (drill / outdoor training / fitness camps).
• Strong discipline, mentoring attitude, leadership qualities, and ability to maintain fitness & training records, monitor progress, and guide aspirants.

Key Responsibilities

For Academic Teacher:

• Prepare and deliver lessons for assigned subjects.
• Create study material, notes, mocks, revision schedules.
• Conduct regular tests, evaluate performance, provide feedback.
• Guide students on exam pattern, strategies — time management, accuracy, speed, syllabus coverage.
• Solve doubts, mentor students, maintain study discipline and academic progress.

For Physical Instructor / Fitness Trainer:

• Design and implement a structured physical-training program (endurance, strength, agility, flexibility, cardio, stamina).
• Conduct regular drill sessions, physical workouts, mock physical tests (run, endurance drills, strength tests etc.).
• Monitor fitness levels, track progress, maintain fitness logs, ensure discipline.
• Provide guidance on physical fitness, health & diet, injury prevention.
• Motivate and mentor aspirants, inculcate discipline, perseverance, and team-spirit; coordinate with academic staff.

Desired / Preferred Skills & Attributes

• Previous experience coaching or preparing candidates for police / army / other competitive exams (academic or physical).
• Strong interpersonal skills, mentoring capability, discipline-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a disciplined, aspirant-centric, motivating environment.
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi and English is a plus (given local context).
• Flexibility in working hours; willingness to conduct early morning / evening / weekend sessions, drills or camps.

Terms & Conditions

• Full-time positions.
• Probation period: minimum 1 year (or as per Academy policy), post which regular appointment may be considered.
• Remuneration: Will be decided based on qualification, experience, and role — discussed during selection.
• Working environment: Disciplined, aspirant-focused, committed to holistic development (academic + physical + mental).
• Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates may be invited for interview / demo class (for teachers) or a physical demonstration / fitness assessment (for physical trainers).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8, ₹36,428.77 per month
