Location: outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and promote the company's modular products or services.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing details clearly and convincingly, staying abreast of all product updates.
  • Follow up on leads to nurture relationships and convert prospects into customers.
  • Obtain and update customer information, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all interactions in a CRM system or database.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for sales, lead generation, or customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, or operations team for order processing and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle rejection positively and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
