Role Overview

We are seeking an experiencedSharePoint Developer and Migration Expertwith strong hands-on experience inSharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint 2016, and SharePoint 2019. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and migrating SharePoint environments while ensuring security, scalability, and performance across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. SharePoint Development

  • Develop custom solutions usingSharePoint Framework (SPFx), CSOM, REST API, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
  • Build and enhance workflows usingPower Automate, SharePoint Designer, orNintex.
  • Develop features, web parts, custom pages, site templates, and solutions.
  • Integrate SharePoint with enterprise applications using APIs and connectors.
  • Create and manage document libraries, lists, content types, and site collections.

2. SharePoint Migration Expertise

  • Plan and execute migrations fromSharePoint Subscription Edition.
  • Perform large-scale content migration using tools likeShareGate, Metalogix, Quest Migration Manager, etc.
  • Analyze existing environments, perform pre-migration assessments, and handle post-migration validation.
  • Resolve migration issues related to customizations, permissions, workflows, and InfoPath forms.
  • Optimize content structures and site architecture during migration.

3. Configuration

  • Manage SharePoint farms (2016/2019/Subscription Edition) including installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint performance, logs, and services.
  • Manage security, permissions, authentication (AD, ADFS), and governance policies.
  • Configure Search Services, User Profile Services, Managed Metadata, and Service Applications.

4. Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Infra, Business, and Architects.
  • Document architecture, configurations, migration runbooks, and best practices.
  • Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end users and teams.
