About the Team:

At Zamp, our engineering team is the force behind our technological innovations. Transforming the most ambitious ideas into reality, we breathe life into dreams through code and hardware. With the right mix of expertise and creativity, this team is the unseen magicians who add a dash of tech wizardry to make Zamp's products shine.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Implement pixel-perfect, responsive, and modern UIs from design mockups and prototypes.

• Ensure strong visual fidelity across devices and screen sizes.

• Build fluid, performant, and delightful animations using libraries/frameworks (GSAP, Framer Motion, , Lottie, etc.).

• Craft micro-interactions that enhance user experience without compromising performance.

• Collaborate with designers to bring motion design concepts to life.

• Optimize performance and ensuring fast load times - smooth rendering for animation-heavy experiences

• Experiment with cutting-edge UI/UX patterns, storytelling websites, and immersive web experiences.

• Push the boundaries of what's possible in web design

• Using modern frontend tools and frameworks , React, Tailwind, etc.).

What We're Looking For:

• 2 years of experience as a Front-End or Design Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality websites

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid, custom animations, keyframes) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Deep expertise in / for building component-based, high-performance UIs.

• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

• Hands-on experience with animation libraries like GSAP, Framer Motion, and Lottie

• Knowledge of 3D & interactive visuals (bonus)

• Ability to optimize websites for speed, smooth animations, and minimal input lag.

• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and performance debugging tools (Lighthouse, Chrome DevTools).

• Keen eye for design aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout principles.

• Understanding of micro-interactions and how to enhance usability with motion.

• Prior work on creative studio / portfolio websites or animation-heavy landing pages.
