Job Summary:

The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential students and professionals, providing information about BIA's programs, handling inquiries, and converting leads into enrollments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential students and leads to promote BIA's courses and programs.
  • Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information regarding courses, schedules, and fees.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
  • Counsel and guide students to choose the right training program based on their career goals.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and conversions.
  • Follow up on leads through calls, messages, and emails to ensure timely enrollment.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and admissions teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and service-oriented tone in all communications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
