Software Engineer

We are seeking a versatile Software Engineer to design, build, and deploy a cloud-based AI assistant for the laundromat industry. The project involves integrating Twilio for phone and SMS communications, connecting with AI models for customer interactions, and deploying the full solution on AWS for scalability and reliability.
This role is ideal for a developer comfortable wearing multiple hats across backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and develop backend services to power an AI-driven laundromat assistant.
- Integrate Twilio Voice/SMS APIs for customer call and text handling.
- Connect with AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI) to generate automated customer responses.
- Deploy, manage, and scale the solution on AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Build secure and efficient APIs and basic admin tools for monitoring/configuration.
- Implement logging, monitoring, and error-handling best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with backend development , Python, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with Twilio APIs (Voice, Messaging, Programmable APIs).
- Proficiency with AWS cloud services and application deployment.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, authentication, and database integration.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations (OpenAI API or similar).
Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Full-time
Pay: ₹35, ₹63,000.00 per month
