Customer Service, Repairing of Watches & Clocks.

Description of Accountability:

• Performing professional and technical repairs of Watches and Clocks.
• Achieving the Service Targets set.
• Giving technical estimates about authenticity and reparability of Watches.
• Verifying and monitoring quality control checks.
• Consolidating technical issues.
• Following up and managing technical documentation.

• To support the sales of the products by providing efficient after-sales service, thereby earning service revenue.
• A Confident Team Player.
• Able to handle Complexity.
• Attention to Detail.

• High School Diploma.
• 3-4 years experience in a watch service technician role.
• Delighting Our Customers.
• Managing Complexity.
• Taking Initiative.
