proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE)

Position Overview

As a
Business Development Executive
, you'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and assisting the sales team in converting them into long-term business relationships. You'll act as the first point of contact for international prospects and play a key role in driving our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through platforms like
    LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, and B2B databases
    .
  • Conduct
    outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
    to generate qualified leads.
  • Present and explain
    IBR Infotech's web and mobile app development services
    to prospects.
  • Work with the sales team to schedule
    client meetings or demos
    .
  • Maintain and update client information and lead status in
    CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce)
    .
  • Understand client needs and collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper proposal creation.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly
    lead generation and conversion targets
    .
  • Support marketing campaigns by engaging with potential leads and sharing follow-ups.

Required Qualifications

  • 3 months – 1 year of experience in
    Business Development, Lead Generation, or Sales
    (preferably in an
    IT services company
    ).
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    – both written and verbal.
  • Strong understanding of
    B2B outreach, lead nurturing, and sales funnels
    .
  • Familiarity with
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and cold calling
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    web and mobile app development services
    .
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like
    Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
    .
  • Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of
    international markets
    (US, UK, Australia, etc.).
  • Experience with
    Upwork, Freelancer, or Apollo
    for lead sourcing.
  • Ability to create and personalize outreach messages for decision-makers.
  • Strong
    presentation and negotiation
    skills.
