Job Description Highlights:

  • Operation and troubleshooting of machines such as Capsule Filling, De-dusting & Polishing, Mini Capsule Sorter, Metal Detector, Check weigher, etc.

  • Monitoring and recording environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, pressure).

  • Ensuring optimal equipment utilization and product quality.

  • Coordination with preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Identifying and reporting requirements for change parts and consumables.

  • Performing daily and monthly calibration of weighing balances.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates should have experience of Handling Capsule Filling Machines like AF90t, Zro200 , AF40, AF150

candidates should have minimum 60% or above marks In Higher qualification
