Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree (B.Ed. preferred).
Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience .
Prior leadership or coordinator experience is a plus.
Skills & Competencies:
Effective leadership and mentoring ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching tools and digital learning platforms.
