We are looking for:
In the context of a rich portfolio of Pricing products, covering Data Warehousing and reporting solutions, Syensqo is seeking a Senior Qlik/ PowerBI Developer to join our newly established global capabilities center in Pune. As the Senior Qlik/ PowerBI Developer, you will join a dynamic team currently developing reporting solutions across multiple business units, and also support its stability and maintenance. You will work closely with Product Owners to ensure the integration, stability and maintenance of reporting solutions in PowerBI and Qlik. Your deep expertise in these tools will be essential for delivering high-quality and stable reports that support a wide number of stakeholders.

We count on you for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports in both Qlik and Power BI.
• Leading migration projects between Qlik and Power BI, understanding the limitations and strengths of each platform.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly analytics solutions.
• Ensuring stability, consistency, and performance across all dashboards.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to data visualization and integration.
• Documenting technical designs, migration plans, and best practices.

Education and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in developing dashboards and analytics solutions using Qlik and Power BI.

• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge in UI principles.

• Previous experience in a consulting or international firm.

• Key skills where proven experience will be evaluated during interview, by order of relevance:

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Qlik reports in a complex environment that leverages multiple systems.

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining PowerBI reports in a complex environment that leverages multiple systems.
• A proven track record of successful migration projects between Qlik and Power BI is desirable.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud Platform is desirable.
• Ability to assess and leverage the unique features of each visualization tool to meet business needs.
• Experience leveraging LLM tools for dashboard development.
