Role Overview

As the senior design authority, you will own our entire visual and interactive language. From crafting a distinctive logo system to prototyping micro-animations that elevate user delight, you will translate strategy into cohesive, high-impact experiences across web, mobile, and marketing touch-points.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Identity

  • Lead brand-discovery workshops and define visual guidelines (logo, colour, typography, iconography, tone).
  • Audit existing assets and drive consistency across print, digital, and environmental media.

UI/UX Design

  • Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and pixel-perfect UI in
    Figma
    .
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system (components, tokens, motion specs).
  • Conduct usability tests, A/B experiments, and iterate based on insights.

Motion & Interaction Design

  • Create micro-interactions, onboarding flows, and short videos using
    After Effects, Lottie, Rive
    , or similar tools.
  • Optimise animations for performance on web and mobile.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing from concept to ship.
  • Present work to executives, clearly articulating user value and business impact.
  • Mentor junior designers and champion best-practice processes.

Quality Control & Handoff

  • Prepare production-ready assets and detailed interaction specs for developers.
  • Conduct visual QA before release and close the feedback loop post-launch.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 + years of hands-on design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Expert-level proficiency with
    Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
    , and related motion tools (Lottie, Rive, Principle, etc.).
  • A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end brand identity projects, responsive web & native mobile UI/UX work, and live motion/animation pieces.
  • Deep knowledge of interaction patterns, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), typography, colour theory, and brand strategy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable justifying design decisions with user data and business goals.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • 3D or AR prototyping (Blender, Cinema 4D, Figma Dev Mode, CAD).
  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, modern front-end frameworks, or animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion).

  • Reduction in design-to-development cycle time.
  • Uplift in key product metrics (conversion, engagement, retention) attributed to design initiatives.
