Excellent command over English – grammar, pronunciation, fluency, intonation, and modulation.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Understanding of cross-cultural communication and neutral accent training.
Effective coaching, feedback, and mentoring skills.
Ability to engage adult learners and manage batch dynamics.
Proficient with tools like MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),LMS platforms
Exposure to international BPO/ITES environments.
Familiarity with call listening and quality calibration processes.
Certification in VnA, TESOL/TEFL, or phonetics.
Knowledge of CEFR or other standardized language benchmarking frameworks Good Have Skills :
Certification – Train the Trainer/ TEFL/ IELTS and Experience in the BPO setting as a V&A/ Pre-process trainer.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Conduct New Hire Voice and Accent (VnA) and Communication training sessions.
Deliver refresher training to existing staff on VnA and soft skills.
Coach agents on pronunciation, intonation, grammar, sentence construction, and neutral accent.
Facilitate calibration sessions between Quality, Operations, and Training teams to ensure language expectations are aligned.
Conduct language and communication assessments during recruitment and post-training.
Evaluate voice and accent proficiency using standard frameworks (e.g., CEFR, Versant).
Collaborate with L&D and Ops teams to develop training material including case studies, role-plays, and assessment tools.
Identify communication gaps in customer interactions (calls/emails/chats).
Work closely with Ops/Quality to drive improvement in communication-based KPIs (CSAT, FCR, etc Location :
