Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Bengali Chef at a Bengali restaurant. The Bengali Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of traditional and contemporary Bengali dishes. The chef will also manage kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards are met, and will work on existing menus and some curated dishes based on seasonal and local ingredients. This is an on-site role located in Bhubaneswar.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Bengali cuisine and culinary techniques
• Experience in menu planning and recipe development
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and operations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Relevant culinary school degree or equivalent work experience
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
