Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Apprentice role located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Apprentice will contribute to the organization by providing excellent customer service, coordinating with potential and existing clients, and driving sales to achieve team targets. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, understanding their needs, promoting housing finance solutions, and assisting in the loan application process. The role also involves learning and participating in sales training programs to develop essential skills and grow within the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
  • Sales and Sales Management abilities to achieve targets and ensure high-performance outcomes
  • Ability to participate in Training programs and adapt quickly to new processes and products
  • Good interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Prior experience in sales, finance, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is desirable
  • Proficiency in local languages spoken in Gujarat is advantageous
