- Quality Assurance Systems: Develop,implement, and maintain quality management systems, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency.
- Audits and Testing: Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests of products, services, or processes to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze quality-related data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement problems
- Solving: Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address problems effectively. Reporting: Document quality activities, prepare audit reports, and provide recommendations for improvements to stakeholders and superiors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams, such as production, development, and customer support, to establish quality requirements and address issues.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and other relevant compliance requirements.
- Training: Develop training materials and conduct training for team members on quality control processes and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing creative solutions and implementing process enhancements. Typical Qualifications
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is typically required, with a Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as engineering or computer science) often preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field is usually necessary.
