About The Role
We are seeking a
Manager – Legal Admin
to join the Legal & Compliance team. This role oversees
legal administration processes
and ensures seamless coordination with global legal teams.

You'll manage
entity administration, legal billing, documentation, compliance filings, due diligence requests, and organizational data
. The role involves both
people management (30%)
and
hands-on execution (70%)
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Entity Administration: Maintain and update the entity management database; handle entity formations, closures, and qualifications.
  • Legal Billing: Oversee legal bill processing, approvals, reconciliations, and coordination with accounts payable teams.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Compile memos, manage SharePoint content, maintain entity structure org charts, and oversee quarterly/annual filings across jurisdictions.
  • Due Diligence Support: Provide accurate and timely responses to counterparties, including disclosures and sensitive documentation.
  • Project & Process Management: Implement new processes, manage ongoing and future projects end-to-end, and collaborate with global teams.
  • People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the Legal Admin team; delegate effectively while ensuring timely execution.

Must-Haves

  • Graduate in Business Administration/Management or a related field.
  • 5–10 years' experience in business operations or legal administration.
  • Current Lead/Manager-level experience with proven team management (minimum 3-member team).
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Job stability: at least 2 years in each organization with no education/employment gaps
