Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Sr. WordPress Developer. The Sr. WordPress Developer will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing new features and functionalities, ensuring high performance and availability, managing all technical aspects of the CMS, collaborating with the design team, and helping formulate an effective, responsive design. Furthermore, the Sr. WordPress Developer will ensure that all code is of the highest quality and will work to solve any issues that arise during development.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development
  • Custom Coding/Custom Blog/Dynamic Job pages is a MUST
  • Skilled in Responsive Web Design and Web Design
  • Experience with Web Development
  • Strong understanding of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience building user interfaces for websites and/or web applications
  • Experience designing and developing responsive design websites
  • Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome Inspector, etc.
  • Ability to understand CSS changes and their ramifications to ensure consistent style across platforms and browsers
  • Ability to convert comprehensive layouts and wireframes into working HTML pages
  • Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML) is a plus
  • Experience in managing database systems - Cloud Storage Server, like AWS/DigitalOcean
  • Elementor/DIVI editor experience is PLUS
