Position Summary: We are looking for an organized and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. You will help plan, execute, and complete projects, ensuring they are finished on time and within budget. This role requires great communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in creating and updating project plans and schedules.
  • Oversee daily project tasks to ensure they are completed on time and within scope.
  • Distributing tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and project needs.
  • Prepare and submit reports and summaries on project status and meetings to the Project Manager.
  • Address project issues and risks, escalating to the Project Manager as required.
  • Help onboard new team members and provide training on project tools and processes.
  • Prepare and manage timesheets for the project team using the provided template, ensuring accurate recording of work hours.
  • Ensure models are created to industry standards and project requirements.
  • Use software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure consistency.
  • Create detailed documentation for the project as per the client standards.
  • Provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
  • Experience in using BIM 360 for project collaboration, model coordination, and data management.
  • Good Understanding of Autodesk Recap Software.

Qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, with a focus on Scan to BIM projects.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and distributing tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Recap.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with timesheet management and payroll processes.
  • Strong understanding of construction and architectural principles.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
