Job Title: Art Director / Senior Visualiser

Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Experience: 7+ years (agency background preferred)
About the Role
We're on the lookout for a seasoned visual thinker with over 7 years of experience in leading creative communication across digital and print media. If you're someone who lives and breathes design, knows how to elevate brand aesthetics, and can steer a creative team with confidence—this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the visual development of campaigns from concept to execution
- Create stunning visuals for digital campaigns, social media, branding, packaging, and print
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
- Oversee and mentor junior designers and freelancers, providing art direction and feedback
- Present creative concepts internally and externally with clarity and impact
- Ensure all creatives align with the brand's tone, guidelines, and strategy
- Stay updated with design trends, consumer behavior, and digital content formats
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in an advertising/creative agency
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of After Effects or Figma is a plus
- A strong and diverse portfolio that reflects design maturity and campaign work across platforms
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, composition, layout, typography, and branding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead projects independently, manage multiple briefs, and meet deadlines without compromising quality
Bonus Points for:
- Experience in shoots, motion graphics, or digital-first campaigns
- Ability to translate brand strategy into striking visual language
