Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Executive located in Trivandrum. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day logistics operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include managing the coordination of orders, addressing customer and partner concerns, utilizing analytical tools to assess and improve operational processes, and collaborating with teams to maintain consistent service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Operations and Operations Management
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication abilities for effective collaboration and problem-solving
  • Analytical Skills to assess data and improve logistics processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage on-site operational activities
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or related fields is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant technology and software systems is an advantage
