Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup and operation of injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
  • Support process optimization to improve cycle time, product quality, and reduce scrap rates.
  • Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of mold tools, machines, and robots.
  • Monitor production performance and conduct root cause analysis for defects or downtime.
  • Maintain documentation including process sheets, setup instructions, and maintenance logs.
  • Collaborate with quality and tooling teams to ensure products meet specifications.
  • Participate in new mold trials, process validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and manufacturing protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

  • DPT, PG-PPT,DPMT from CIPET
  • 26 years of experience in injection molding or plastics processing preferred.
  • Basic understanding of injection molding machines, materials, and tooling.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications.
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
