  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the store and inventory teams.

  • Handle online orders, shipping coordination, and order tracking.

  • Respond promptly to customer queries, reviews, and feedback online.

  • Work closely with the marketing team for online promotions, and product launches.

  • Analysis website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to improve online performance.

Maintain digital records of sales, orders, returns, and payments.
