Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Instruction: Deliver interactive Biology lessons aligned with CBSE guidelines, develop lesson plans, teaching aids, and materials.
• Laboratory Work: Conduct practical sessions, supervise experiments, ensure lab safety, and maintain records.
• Assessment: Evaluate student performance via assignments, tests, and practicals; provide timely feedback.
• Board Exams: Prepare students for CBSE Board Exams and competitive entrance tests (NEET, JEE).
• Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, positive, and safe learning environment.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on biology advancements and pedagogy, attend workshops, and contribute to school events.
• Parent & Staff Communication: Communicate with parents during PTMs, and collaborate with faculty on interdisciplinary projects.
• Extracurriculars: Guide students in science fairs, Olympiads, and enrichment activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's Degree in Biology/Life Sciences.
• B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education).
• Strong subject knowledge and command over CBSE curriculum.
• Passion for teaching, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
