Hiring: Executive Personal Assistant to Founder (India UAE)

I'm building Vyom Advisory—a multi-specialty platform (Tax, Legal, Company Setup, Corporate Finance) backed by Vyomtax Compliance Pvt. Ltd.

I'm looking for a high-ownership Personal Assistant to work directly with me.

Responsibilties

Managing calendar, meetings

  • Liaise with clients, banks, PROs, partners; prepare MoMs & follow-ups
  • Help with proposals, presentations & simple dashboards; keep CRM tidy
  • Coordinate webinars/events
  • Maintain confidentiality across legal/tax/compliance matters

You bring:

  • +5 years EA/PA experience; excellent English & Hindi communication
  • Strong Google Workspace/MS Office; fast drafting & immaculate follow-ups
  • Poise under time pressure; ownership mindset; integrity & discretion
  • Bonus: prior experience in a CA/CS/Law/consulting setup or UAE coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹60,000.00 per month
