AI Visual Designer

Were looking for a Prompt Engineer specializing in design and visual creation — someone who blends artistic understanding with technical mastery of AI tools like Midjourney, DALL
•E, , Runway, and similar platforms.

You'll craft precise prompts to generate high-quality visuals, concepts, and assets for campaigns, branding, packaging, and social media.

This role requires a sharp eye for aesthetics, a strategic understanding of brand design, and the ability to translate creative direction into AI-generated outputs that match real-world visual standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and refine AI prompts to produce visually stunning and brand-aligned designs.

* Collaborate with designers, marketers, and copywriters to conceptualize campaign visuals, storyboards, and moodboards.

* Experiment with multiple AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL
•E 3, Runway, , Stable Diffusion) to optimize results.

* Create detailed visual briefs and document successful prompt structures for consistency and scalability.

* Work with generative AI models for both 2D and motion design (e.g., short-form reels, product renders, explainer visuals).

* Stay updated on the latest generative design tools and techniques.

* Build internal prompt libraries and visual datasets for repeated creative use.

* Fine-tune and adapt AI outputs for brand-specific aesthetics (lighting, color palette, typography, and visual tone).

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, Visual Arts, Computer Science, or related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in creative design, AI prompt writing, or digital content creation.

* Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, and branding.

* Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or After Effects is a plus.

* Experience working with AI image/video generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, DALL
•E, Leonardo, etc.).

* Excellent command of written English — clarity and precision in crafting text-based prompts.

* Ability to iterate quickly and balance creativity with production efficiency.
