Admissions Counselor Trainee (Freshers)

About the Role

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for helping others? We are looking for an Admissions Trainee to join our Kottayam team. In this role, you won't just be doing paperwork; you will be the voice of our institution, helping students and parents navigate their future. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone looking to build a career in Education Management, Counseling, or Public Relations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Student Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and parents, answering queries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Counseling & Guidance: Provide clear information regarding courses, documentation, and the enrollment process to build trust with families.
  • Admissions Management: Support the end-to-end admission cycle—from the first inquiry to final enrollment.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized student records using MS Office and CRM tools to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Outreach: Engage in follow-up calls (telesales) to help interested candidates complete their applications.

Requirements :

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (Recent graduates from any stream are welcome).
  • Communication: Exceptional English proficiency (verbal and written) is required. Fluency in Malayalam is highly preferred.
  • Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
  • Mindset: A "can-do" attitude, great at multitasking, and a friendly, professional personality.
  • Availability: Must be able to work full-time (Day Shift) at our Kottayam office.
