Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer specializing in ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, REST APIs, NoSQL, and Docker/Kubernetes to build scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive, high-performance UI components using ReactJS (TypeScript), HTML, CSS, and modern UI frameworks.
  • Build and maintain scalable NodeJS services and REST APIs with JavaScript/TypeScript and NoSQL databases.
  • Architect, develop, and optimize application modules with reusable, testable components.
  • Improve frontend & backend performance, debug issues, and ensure high availability.
  • Work with CI/CD pipelines, containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and API gateway integrations.
  • Ensure code quality through standards, documentation, unit testing (Jest/Enzyme/Jasmine), and best practices.
  • Collaborate in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills (Must-Have)

  • ReactJS with TypeScript
  • NodeJS (JavaScript/TypeScript)
  • RESTful API development
  • NoSQL Databases (MongoDB/DynamoDB etc.)
  • Docker & Kubernetes
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Data Structures & modern frontend tooling
  • Experience with CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, Material UI, Styled Components
  • CI/CD, version control, distributed services, debugging & performance tuning
  • Authentication methods: JWT, OAuth

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in Banking or Retail domains
  • Knowledge of GraphQL, Kafka, Azure/AWS messaging queues
  • Familiarity with API gateways like 3Scale

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Ability to own tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision
  • Capable of influencing technical decisions across teams
