Key Responsibilities

A. Pilates Training & Mentorship

• Learn and deliver Pilates sessions on
  Reformer, Chair, and other apparatus
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the
  STOTT Pilates methodology
  under Sneha's guidance
• Assist in
  new client onboarding, posture assessments, and personalized program planning
• Support clients through
  rehab-focused exercises
  and
  science-backed training

B. Client Experience & Enquiries

• Handle
  client enquiries
  -calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-ins
• Manage
  consultations
  , explain packages, and guide prospective clients
• Ensure a
  smooth onboarding journey
  for all new clients

C. Studio Management & Brand Experience

• Maintain the
  studio's hygiene, aesthetics, and premium ambiance
• Ensure
  equipment is clean, organized, and ready for sessions
• Represent
  Essenzaa Pilates' luxury positioning
  by delivering a
  flawless studio experience

Qualifications

Female
Physiotherapist
OR
Certified Fitness Coach
passionate about Pilates
(Preferred)

Knowledge of human anatomy & biomechanics preferred
(training support provided)

Excellent communication skills and
confidence in handling premium clients

Proactive and organized, with the ability to
manage studio operations smoothly

Eagerness to
learn, grow, and build a global Pilates career
