We are EG IT
EG IT is responsible for supporting, developing, managing and maintaining EGs information technology infrastructure, which includes hardware, software, networks and databases. The department is also responsible for developing and implementing new feature functionality for standardized and customized software to enhance the overall system capabilities. These services require a variety of technical skills and a profound knowledge of the organization's business objectives and processes.

The system landscape and data model play a vital role in the day-to-day operations, as well as the future development and overall success of the organization. We have a dedicated team and more than 40 professionals working across 7 different countries. Each team is responsible for a specific domain, ensuring expertise and focused attention in their areas. The critical architecture consists of ERP, CRM, HRM, integration platform, workflow automation, Network, Servers, Clients, among others.

Responsibilities:
The NetSuite installation consists of numerous customizations and integrations and offers a solution portfolio, and our goal is to provide seamless user experiences and optimize efficiency across areas of functionality, development and operations.

Your role as a NetSuite QA Tester involves working closely with the NetSuite development team (developers and functional) as well as with BU's, including finance, to understand their business processes and requirements. In this role you will conduct manual and automated tests, maintain the automation tool and the testcases. You will work in the intersection of the business units and product development. The overall goal is to ensure holistic deliveries at the agreed time, cost and quality.

Your workday, your tasks and mandatory skill set:

• Design and execute test cases using test management tools (Zephyr, Jira).
• Performing functional, manual tests (web application).
• Reporting any bugs found during testing process (Jira)
• Analyse and review automated test results during regression tests
• Create and Maintain Automated tests
• Signalling risks within the scope of performed tasks.
• Close cooperation with Developers and Business teams

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in application testing.
• Experience with NetSuite (ERP system)
• Experience in test automatization
• Knowledge of JavaScript
• Knowledge of Functionize or any other automatization tool
• Pro-Active approach
• Practical knowledge of functional tests (Integration, UI, Regression, Smoke, Exploratory, SAT)
• Knowledge of ISTQB standards
• Knowledge of JIRA, Zephyr, Confluence.
• Knowledge of Test methodologies
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Ability to work with multicultural teams
• Attention to details.
• Communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• Experience in NetSuite test automatization
• Knowledge of NetSuite snippets
• Knowledge in the field of finance
• ISTQB foundation certificate
• Knowledge about testing API (e.g Postman)
