We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GSA (PA & RA) to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling guest service operations, particularly in PA and RA roles.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest service delivery.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, exceeding guest expectations.
• Collaborate with the hotel management team to implement effective guest service strategies.
• Analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in guest service operations, preferably in a PA and RA role.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications.
