We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural AutoCAD Draftsman to join our dynamic team at Tri Angle Design & Build. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate architectural drawings and plans, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed 2D architectural drawings and layouts based on project specifications.
  • Translate architectural concepts and sketches into precise CAD drawings.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to clarify design requirements and resolve issues.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Maintain proper documentation, file organization, and version control for all drawing sets.
  • Assist in preparing submission and sanction drawings for permits and approvals.
  • Conduct site visits when necessary to gather information or verify design intent.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in architectural drafting or a similar role.

Important Notes:

  • This is an on-site position located in Kochi, Ernakulam, Kerala.
  • Candidates must be able to relocate or commute reliably to the office location.
  • A high level of punctuality, professionalism, and commitment to quality is expected.
