Site Quality Engineer

Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

• Independently Handling the Project Sites from initiation to completion of Handover.
• Handling of Customers/Vendors/ sub-contractors/any statutory as required.
• Site Installation & commissioning planning using Ms-Project.
• Preparation and finalization of statement & check list as per the installation & commissioning plan.
• Hands on experience in preparation of P&ID, PFD review and process troubleshooting.
• Hands on experience in Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-Up, PGTR, Loop Checking involving Static. Rotating equipment (Fan/Blowers, Pumps etc) and E&I for Scrubber/ Thermal Boilers/Oxidiser.
• Hands on Experience in Dry run & alignment of Fan/Blowers, Motor & Pump overhauling including maintenance and fixing of Motorised & control valves, dampers actuators, instrument, cables etc.
• Hands on experience in Configuration of PLC IO, logic (Siemens & Rockwell system).
• Experience in handling filters, packing materials for scrubber /cyclones etc.
• Lead review and resolution of concerns to expedite completion including sub-package level.
• Active involvement and driving customer/contractor meeting.
• Internal, External stakeholders' co-ordination & constrain management for Timely Completion of Project.
• Ensuring the on-time completion of agreed Project time schedule Target within budget.
• Reporting Timely & accurate authenticated information to Management related to projects.
• Responsible for work completion and RA commercial billing and sign off aiding collection.
• Ensuring on time receipt of required material at project site according to the plan.
• Ensuring on time submission of all necessary documents/drawings/Reports to project manager/customer/ end - user/vendors/sub-contractors.
• Communicating and implementation of corrective actions based on Client / Management Feedback to various stakeholders.
• Adherence to the contract requirement and compliance to statutory, Safety and Quality statement.
• Ensuring implementation and adherence to Maintaining Stores, Material records, Safety logs, Manpower compliance, Safety program and guidelines.
• Obtaining project completion certificates from customer/End users.
• Project Contract closure with customer/vendor /subcontractors.

Education & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Project Management, Engineering, International Trade, or related field.
• Experience: Generally, 3-5 years of project logistics or freight forwarding experience, with exposure to managing shipments for projects / capital equipment / heavy or oversized cargo preferred.
• Language: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken & written) and strong proficiency in English. Ability to communicate technical, regulatory, and schedule details clearly in both languages.
• Technical / System Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with logistics / transport management systems (TMS), ERP systems is a plus.
