Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Physics to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of geography, effective classroom management skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for students from grades 6 to 10.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Physics to students in middle and secondary school (classes VI to X), following the prescribed curriculum (ICSE Board).

Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments in alignment with learning objectives.

Use a variety of teaching strategies and technology to enhance student learning and engagement.

Evaluate and monitor students progress through tests, assignments, and other methods.

Maintain accurate and complete records of students progress and development.

Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and departmental meetings.

Provide extra academic support to students who need help with the subject.

Maintain discipline in accordance with school rules and foster a safe and respectful classroom environment.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

Master Degree in Physics (mandatory)

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) with specialization in Physics.

Preferred Experience:

2+ years of teaching experience at the middle or secondary level (preferred, not mandatory)

Other Requirements:

Proficient in English (both spoken and written)

Sound knowledge of teaching methodologies and geography concepts

Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Attributes:

Enthusiastic and passionate about teaching and student development

Ability to integrate real-world knowledge with textbook content

Capable of organizing geography-related activities such as quizzes, exhibitions, or model-making competitions

A collaborative spirit to work with other teachers in cross-disciplinary projects
